• If your dog is unwell or you are concerned about their health or behaviour, please consult your veterinarian.
• We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
• Prices, availability and service details described here may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — a booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing.

3. Enquiries Through This Site

• Submitting our contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a booking and does not reserve a date.
• Our contact form uses a hidden anti-spam field and automated spam filtering. Submissions are received and stored by Netlify, who host this site.
• Please do not send sensitive information, such as financial details, through the contact form.
• We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry promptly, but we cannot guarantee a response time and we may decline an enquiry.

4. Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that damages or disrupts it.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory or offensive content through our contact form.
